Quality Assurance Program

TDI’s management’s standard practices are employed to ensure quality control and quality assurance. 

Management implements TDI’s long established, proved, QC/QA Plan for each task that TDI performs:

· The plan is tailored to each specific task and represents a series of steps by which management can observe and monitor the individual events that take place as the work is being completed as well as the individuals that perform each event.

· The events listed on the plan are constantly monitored by management and are listed in their order of priority.  The individual events of the plan are separated and evaluated for both conformance to the overall contract and performance for the individual task orders.
